Shipping policy

EU SHIPPING:

We offer cheap (±€15) shipping across most of Europe (NL, BE, LU, DE, FR, IT*, ES*, PT, SE, DK, IE, AT, HU, RO, BG, HR, SI, SK, EE, LT, PL, GR). (*some surcharge for remote islands).

For EU shipping all taxes are included in the price (for as long as we can maintain this).

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE EU:

Yes we do!

UK:
Still cheap shipping but Brexit is forcing us to add some admin and handling cost. Price shown is including local UK VAT. UK VAT will be deducted at checkout. Once your package is ready, you will receive a tracking number. Once at UK customs, you will receive an email from the courier (DPD or GLS, check your spam folder!) to pay the outstanding VAT balance plus a small admin charge (currently £5). Once paid, customs will release your package and it will arrive in the following days (you'll get updates & options).

US, Canada, Asia and other:
The process will be similar to the one described for the UK above, but then with FedEx as courier. And much lower VAT - you lucky people!
We do now also ship anywhere worldwide! If your country is not an option at checkout yet, no problem - please get in touch by email and we'll arrange that for you.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

It really depends on where you live and what package you order:

EU shipping is very fast, usually a matter of days (for DIY and String & Go).

Shipping outside the EU can at the moment take several weeks, because intercontinental shipping is still in a bit of a pickle - there are old backlogs and new staff shortages across shipping companies, carriers and customs clearance.
We beg you for a bit of patience until things settle. Your Harp·E will arrive!

DIY and String & Go are stocked to ship immediately. Please note that Plug & Play packages are built to order. We are a small team and they are in high demand, we currently have several weeks backlog before we can start building yours. But we are working around the clock and you will get your Harp·E!
