Replacing damaged or missing parts?

If your request concerns a defective, missing, or damaged part, please include your order number and the original place of purchase. If your Harp·E is still within the warranty period, the replacement part may be provided at no cost.

How do you know if you have a version 2 or 3?

All harps ordered on our website after March 2023 are V3.

If purchased at a retailer or unsure, look at the levers. V3 levers have a little notch on the side.
