Harp·E Warranty

We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our harps. Our warranty ensures that your instrument is free from defects in materials and workmanship. Please keep in mind that Harp·E is made from wood, a natural material. Due to this, some variations in appearance, color, and superficial blemishes are normal and expected.

String & Go, Plug & Play

We offer a 2 year warranty for our String & Go and Plug & Play packages. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in all parts or craftsmanship not caused by misuse, regular wear and tear, or external damage.

DIY (Do-it-yourself)

Due to the self-assembly nature of our DIY harps, we are unable to offer a full warranty on these models. However, we offer warranty on manufacturing defects in all parts and craftsmanship on unassembled harps in their original condition.

We understand that even with our best efforts, things can go wrong during assembly – this is why we are happy to offer individual parts for purchase. Reach out to our support line support@harpeharp.zohodesk.eu for more information on ordering spare parts.

Carrying Bag

We offer a 1 year warranty for our Harp·E carrying bags. This warranty covers manufacturing defects not caused by misuse, external damage, or cosmetic wear and tear.

Whats not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Natural variations in appearance of the wood.
• Normal wear and tear (scratches, dings, finish fading, etc.).
• Accidental damage, improper handling, or modifications.
• String breakage. However, if you experience very frequent and excessive breakage, please contact us.
• Damage caused by exposure to extreme environmental conditions.
• Issues resulting from improper assembly of DIY harps.
• Issues resulting from disassembly (all packages).
• Third-party repairs or alterations.

How to file a warranty claim

If you believe your product has a defect covered under warranty, please contact us at support@harpeharp.zohodesk.eu with:

• Your order number
• Original place of purchase
• Original package bought
• A description of the issue
• Photos and/or videos clearly showing the problem

We will assess the claim and determine the best course of action, whether it be a repair, replacement, or alternative solution.
